Working at Vazco as a Product Manager gave me a chance for a rewarding and challenging career. I work with a talented and passionate team of developers. We created innovative and user-friendly products that solved real-world problems and delivered successful projects for clients from various sectors, such as education, healthcare, finance, and e-commerce. About your future (project/work)
As a Product Manager, you can develop yourself in preferred roles: Product Owner, Scrum Master, Business Analyst, and others. You can rely on the support from our PM team, which consists of 5 well-experienced specialists. By joining our team, you enter the mission of providing the best Project Management & Product Ownership services on the market.
Are we a match?
You meet all our criteria if you have:
- Experience in roles such as: Product Manager / Product Owner / Scrum Master.
- Good understanding - in theory and practice - of Agile software development.
- Extensive interpersonal and communication skills.
- High effectiveness in managing cross-functional teams.
- Fluency in English, both written and spoken. You will collaborate with clients from all over the world on a daily basis.
- Analytical thinking.
- Understanding the client's business goals and end-users' needs.
- Ability to use metrics and make data-driven decisions.
- Prioritization skills.
- Leadership skills - ability to influence and inspire others.
- Being able to establish very good contact with the customer and the team.
- Ability to handle conflicts and mitigate possible project risks in advance.
- Basic IT knowledge - understanding the software development process and the technical challenges at a high level.
- Being assertive and having negotiation skills.
Nice-to-haves
We would be absolutely astonished* if you have:

- Experience in working with Jira.
- A certificate to prove your Agile/Scrum skills.
- Command of other Project Management methodologies.
- Knowledge of lean management tools.
- Experience in facilitating the Design Sprint/discovery phase of the projects.
- Experience in the EdTech industry or in Education.
What will be your responsibilities?
Your responsibilities as a Project Manager will be:
- Supporting the client in creating the product vision and communicating it within the team.
- Ensuring that the team understands business goals.
- Consulting on the optimization of deliveries in terms of the client's business goals.
- Client support in defining stakeholder needs and managing stakeholder expectations in accordance with the product strategy.
- Conducting a competitive analysis.
- Team management (including assigning tasks, motivating, solving problems and conflicts).
- Cooperation with subcontractors and ensuring high-quality services.
- Budget control.
