As a Senior Full Stack JavaScript Developer at Vazco, you grow by contributing to innovative projects worldwide and the Open Source community. You can rely on support from your project team, including well-experienced Full Stack developers, a QA specialist, and a PM/PO. By joining our Crew, you enter the mission to maintain the highest coding standards on the market.

You meet all our criteria if you have:
- Experience with our tech stack (TypeScript, Node, React, MongoDB, GraphQL),
- The will to adapt to new technologies in the future (if necessary),
- Yearning for excellent quality, like keeping technical debt as low as possible and emphasizing security aspects.
- Understanding of the best practices and a will to enforce them throughout the company to improve quality and Developer Experience.
- Good command of both written and spoken English and Polish [B2].
- Ability to translate the ideas and assumptions of a business specification (prepared by the client or the PO) into the technical specification, e.g., during backlog refinement.
- Eagerness to discuss the best technological solutions for project goals and can reason your point.
- Setting up and maintaining CI/CD processes, plus general DevOps experience.
- An open mind and a very proactive attitude.
- Willingness to expand your skills and knowledge, including being open to new roles in the future.
Nice-to-haves

What will be your responsibilities?
Your responsibilities as a Senior JavaScript Full Stack Developer will include:
- Leading implementation and development of innovative projects optimized for high traffic loads.

- Finding the best solutions for project goals and controlling the quality of other developers' code during code review sessions.
- Actively contributing to a great atmosphere within your team.
